FREE INSURED STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL MIRRORS by Ground or Truck within the Continental USA.
Our mirrors are packed as carefully as is humanly possible, but sometimes UPS, FedEx or truck carriers are not as careful as they should be. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR MIRROR IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY AND KEEP ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS. For truck deliveries: Ask the driver to wait while you or your representive inspects the mirror. If there is any damge to the large central mirror, write "Damaged" above your signature on the receipt and refuse the delivery. If it's just crown or border pieces that are damaged, don't panic--they screw in and out and we can replace them. Note the damage on the receipt above your signature but accept the delivery. Mirrors are always packed in SEPARATE BOXES. If you are expecting two mirrors, there will be two boxes. If the driver cannot wait, sign the Bill of Lading with the words "ACCEPTANCE PENDING INSPECTION FOR HIDDEN DAMAGE" above or below your signature. We must report damage to the carrier within 3 days of delivery. Call or email us about any problems right away. We'll make every effort to resolve them promptly and to your full satisfaction.
DELIVERY TIME: Average delivery time for the majority of mirrors is 2-4 weeks, but for a few styles that are made to order with a specific finish, or made by hand, it can take longer. Other factors influencing delivery time include the size and weight of the mirror, method of shipment (FedEx, UPS or Truck), and complexity of packing required. A small mirror can be bubbled and doubled-cartoned relatively quickly. A large mirror must be palleted, supported by ballast boxes (like bookends) to keep it upright, shrink-wrapped and shipped by truck. UPS and Fedex track numbers will be emailed to you as they are available. Truck shipments cannot be tracked that way. However, the trucking company will call you directly to schedule a delivery appointment--they won't just show up and leave the mirror on your lawn. If you need a mirror by a specific date, or if you require expedited shipping, please call or email, and we can discuss how your needs may be best accommodated.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We can ship anywhere in the world. But international shipping charges are high. For a quote, please email style name and shipping address, including postal code, to firstname.lastname@example.org. All applicable taxes and/or Customs Duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
A NOTE REGARDING MEASUREMENTS: Mirror measurements are in inches FROM FARTHEST POINT TO FARTHEST POINT on the frame. They include all tiny details out to the very edge of the frame; top, bottom or side. If you need just the mirror glass measurements, please email or call.

Please Note: Our Venetian Mirrors are handmade. As is typical of handmade items, the actual mirror may differ in small details from the photograph on the website. Actual size is within 1 inch of listed dimensions. We value the unique and individual touch of an artisan's hand, and hope that you will also. Also Note: Because the quality of color reproduction differs from one computer screen to another, there may be small differences between the actual finish on a frame and what you see on your screen. If you have questions about a color or finish, please contact us for clarification. We cannot be responsible for the accuracy of color reproduction on your computer screen.
